And I am sure that if that had been carried out, your reaction would have been softened to a great degree. You made an excellent point when recommending that our guests be informed of any event that may change the ambience of the resort from one day to the other. As for your disappointment on the arrival of the wedding group in question, I must sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and options that were not afforded you beforehand. Thanks to your observations I will have these two areas in complete working order and functioning to our high standards of absolute quality. 2) I have ordered an immediate inspection of the furniture in our recreational areas, and have given the go-ahead to replace any or all pieces that show any form of defect or wear and tear. And I can assure you that that theme has already been addressed amongst my management and supervisory levels. There is no excuse for you or any of our valued guests to have to approach the bar in order to place an order. But based on some other aspects of your experiences in my pool area, I feel that I must take concrete, and affirmative action to: 1) Ensure that my wait staff on duty at all times is highly motivated and proactive to the needs of our guests enjoying themselves in the pool and beach areas. To be considered by you to be right at the top in many aspects, I am proud.
